Late Diagnosed Autistic Women Support Group
Are you recently diagnosed and needing a space to unpack what this new chapter means for you? This is a group for autistic women to connect socially and explore topics such as shame, internalized ableism, sensory over-stimulation, masking, identity, relationships/dating, communication, burn out, coping, accommodations and self-care. This group is open to those who have been formally diagnosed or are self-diagnosed autistic. This group is welcoming and inclusive of trans women and non-binary folks.

PDA Parent Support Group
Being the parent of a PDA’er is a unique and sometimes isolating experience. This group is for parents who are wanting support and community around parenting children and teens with a PDA profile. This group is educational and focuses on discussing parenting strategies that work best with PDA children and teens while also being a place to build community and meet others having similar parenting experiences.
Time: Tuesdays 12pm (virtual)

Neuro Affirming Community Support Group
This is a group for neurodivergent adults to find support and build community among like-minded peers. This group includes aspects of a traditional process group, with added emphasis on creating and sustaining relationships and finding support. This group is open to participants with any form of neurodivergent identity (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or other) and is open to self diagnosed or formally diagnosed members.
Time: Thursdays 6pm (in-person)

Teen Neuro Affirming Community Support Group
This is a group for neurodivergent teens to find support and build community among like-minded peers. This group includes aspects of a traditional process group, with added emphasis on creating and sustaining relationships. This group is open to participants with any form of neurodivergent identity (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or other) and is open to self diagnosed or formally diagnosed teens. While teens attend their group upstairs, parents are welcome to socialize with each other in our beautiful and relaxing library space where there is complementary coffee and tea.
