Miranda (she/her) is a gentle therapist who focuses on the relationship between the therapist and the client as the primary source of healing. She tailors therapy to her client’s unique needs and makes therapy a safe space for all clients to unmask and be their authentic selves. Miranda works from an attachment lens, offering a variety of therapies such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), IFS (internal family systems therapy) and EFT (emotionally focused couples therapy). Dr. Millican (she/her) provides therapy and psychological assessments that are gentle and explorative. Kelly (she/her) is a strength based, collaborative therapist who is culturally responsive and trauma informed. Her focus with clients is processing grief. Grief can be about losing a loved one, but clients also experience grief around chronic pain, chronic illness, late diagnosis of neurodiversity, or in childhood abuse or trauma. Kelly encourages clients to sit with their emotions and body sensations and feel deeply. She walks alongside clients through this pain, helping them to feel safe along the journey. Kelly is certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) and applies this to both trauma and grief.
